Faith Formation Registration
FAITH FORMATION CLASSES BEGIN THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2022 and end April 3, 2023.
2022-23 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
We are pleased to offer families a number of options for your child(ren)’s Faith Formation. Questions are welcome in the Faith Formation Office at 412-835-1155 or faithformation@sja-stl.org
- All 1st time registrants of St. Catherine Labouré Faith Formation must submit a Baptismal Certificate with Registration Form unless baptized at St. Joan of Arc or St. Louise de Marillac Churches. Scans or pictures may be emailed to faithformation@sja-stl.org

Family Fees: $60- one child; $95- two children; $130- three or more children
- Sessions for Grades K-8:

Grades 1-8REMOTE Catechesis is available for (Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) – Registration is required. Please note: Grades 2 & 8 REMOTE Catechesis will not be available after 2022-23 Catechetical year.

More FormsAllergy Alert – There is a NO FOOD POLICY during Religious Education Classes. We have children attending classes with severe life threatening allergies to ALL nuts and other food items. (If your child eats nuts or nut containing products, i.e. peanut butter, almond milk, granola bar, etc. prior to Religious Education Classes, we ask kindly to please wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water Hand sanitizer, unfortunately, does not remove the protein that causes anaphylactic and allergic reactions.) Thank you for your understanding.
Learning Needs – If your child has a different way of learning, or particular needs for their formation, please do not hesitate to contact the Director of Faith Formation at 412-835-1155. Individualized plans can be created so that, just like a beautiful garden of flowers blooming, each and every child has an opportunity to grow in his/her own way in love, wonder and Life with Jesus.
