Catechesis of the Good Shepherd - Faith Formation Registration

- St. Catherine Labouré Faith Formation Registration will open on Sunday, June 1 at 12:00 noon
  
  Catechesis of the Good Shepherd session options;
  Monday (Level 1 & 2)
  (9:30-11:00 am- ages 3-8) OR
  (5:30-7:00 pm- age 4-gr. 3)
  Wednesday (Level 2 ONLY)
  (5:30-7:00pm- grades 1-3)
  Thursday (Level 1 & 2)
  (9:30-11:00 am- ages 3 -8) OR
  (5:30-7:00 pm- age 4-gr. 3)
  
  AM sessions are open to children ages 3-8 by August 31 (age 3 thru 3rd grade).
  age 3 must be bathroom independent.
  PM sessions are open to children grades K-3 in the Fall.
  All sessions are located in the lower level of St. Louise Church building.
  Children meet each week for 23-24 sessions beginning early Sept. - April.
  
  Session Fees for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd:
  One child: $100
  Two children: $150
  Three or more children: $175
  
  Families may register online below (digital payment) or submit a printable form (check or cash). Paper forms may be dropped of at either church's office or via mail:

  FAITH FORMATION INFORMATION
  START: Faith Formation sessions will begin in September 15 & 18, 2025.
  BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATES: FIRST-TIME REGISTRANTS (no matter the grade/age) must submit a Baptismal Certificate to the Faith Formation Office.
  3 year old children must be bathroom independent

  VOLUNTEERING...
  
  All of our children participate in programs that rely on parent volunteers for many tasks. Ours is no different. Our program functions because of many wonderful volunteers. CGS is in need of AIDES and people to help make or supply materials.
  CGS catechists and aides do not pay registration fees... we do not charge you to teach your own and other children! Please offer to help by checking boxes that interest you:
